The Process
What to expect.
First tattoo? Here's the whole thing start to finish, so nothing about the day is a surprise.
01
Consultation
Free, no pressure, about 20–30 minutes.
- Bring references, your own drawings, flash you love, memorabilia, or just a feeling — all of it helps.
- We talk placement, size, style, and how it will age on your skin.
- You'll leave with a realistic price range and session estimate.
- Book by text, email, or the form on our site.
02
Design
Custom drawn from scratch, from your own art, from flash, or from memorabilia — never traced from someone else's work.
- A deposit holds your date and goes toward the final price.
- We build your piece and share it before your session.
- One round of revisions is standard — tell us what to adjust.
- Stencil is sized and placed on you the day of, and you approve it before any needle touches skin.
03
The session
Calm room, clean setup, breaks whenever you need them.
- Eat a real meal and hydrate beforehand. No alcohol for 24 hours.
- Wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the placement area.
- Single-use needles, hospital-grade sterilization, fresh setup every time.
- Bring headphones, a snack, or a friend — long sessions are easier with them.
04
Healing & aftercare
Two to four weeks to surface heal, a few months to fully settle.
- Leave the wrap on as long as your artist tells you to.
- Wash gently with unscented soap, pat dry, thin layer of ointment.
- No soaking, swimming, or direct sun while it heals. Don't pick or scratch.
- Free touch-ups within the first six months on most work — just reach out.
